The ‘Serealina’ project exaamines the issues of food security and resilience in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. It has two objectives: firstly, to diagnose the food security system and food security in the regions of New Aquitaine, and secondly, to identify the levers for improving food security and the sustainability of regional development. The analysis of the resilience and sustainability of food systems will be carried out at 3 levels: the region, the players involved in food systems and the territories that make up the region. INRAE is responsible for analysing the TFPs.

Although still in progress, the project has already made it possible to make a diagnosis of the food system in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
